Aerial Yoga
Wednesday evenings on the Mornington Peninsula.
Aerial yoga combines mindful movement, mobility, strength, decompression, and play using a soft fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have a movement practice, the hammock offers support, challenge, and a fresh perspective on movement.
Join us Wednesdays at 6pm at Silverleaf Yoga in Merricks starting 15 July 2026.
