Aerial Yoga
Coming soon to the Mornington Peninsula.
Aerial yoga blends mindful movement, mobility, strength, decompression, and play using soft fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling. Equal parts grounding and playful, classes invite you to explore movement from a new perspective.

What to expect
The hammock acts as a supportive prop throughout the class, helping students explore movement with more support, more awareness, and often a little more confidence than they expected.
Expect a mix of:
-Mindful movement
-Breathwork
-Mobility and stretching
-Core and upper body strength
-Inversions and decompression
Some classes may feel calm and grounding. Others may feel more dynamic and playful. Most include a little bit of both.
Who is this for?
Our classes can be adapted for a wide range of bodies, experience levels, and movement backgrounds. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have a regular aerial practice, we include plenty of options to support your journey.
If you have health considerations that may impact your movement or inversions, we encourage you to reach out to us before attending class so we can discuss suitable options and modifications.

“Who knew? I am not the aerial yoga type. There I was doing every pose with Brittany’s soothing voice coaching me step by step and James nearby giving me confidence. I am a couple months from 69-years-old. This experience was an early birthday present that I didn’t know I needed!”
